Compressor Performance Tests
Using company owned, calibrated test equipment we can performance test your compressors to ISO1217 annex C, measuring the output air and consumed power accurately and presenting the findings in a clear and easy to understand format.

Our standard techniques allow us to test machines from 10cfm to 5000cfm.

If you cannot take your machines out of the system for testing or they are too large to test using our flowtubes, then we have developed a flowmetering methodology that allows us to determine the compressor performance without effecting production. This uses our underpressure drilling techniques and calibrated insertion turbine flowmeters. We have used this approach successfully for large multistage centrifugal and axial compressors in process plant numerous times with excellent results.

We have performed a large number of witnessed acceptance tests for compressor manufacturers who require an independent third party to validate the compressor package, this typically includes compressor capacity, consumed power, and when required air quality.
