	Eric Harding The founder and former Managing Director of Air Technology, Eric has been involved in the compressed air industry at a high level for over 30years and is recognised as one of the countries leading experts in this field.   He has a very strong background in engineering sales and worked for most of the major compressor manufacturers before founding Air Technology. Eric is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and accredited Carbon Trust Energy Consultant
	Mark Pollard Mark joined Air Technology in 1993 as an Engineer, having previous experience in the steel and motor industries. He has recently been appointed Managing Director after serving as Engineering Director for several years. Mark has carried out surveys across the UK, Europe and Africa and has probably tested more compressors than anyone outside the manufacturers test cells.   He has also been responsible for developing Air Technology’s ISO9000 system. Mark is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and accredited Carbon Trust Energy Consultant
	Nigel Goerick An experienced former chemical industry Engineering Manager Nigel has been with Air Technology since 1999.    His experience has helped develop Air Technology into new fields in particular waste water treatment where he has become an expert on aeration optimisation. Nigel is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer.
	Ian Moore Joined Air Technology in 2000 as a graduate engineer after completing degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Natural Resource Management. He has worked across UK, Europe and the Middle East acceptance testing compressors and performing site surveys. He has also developed our in house leak detection software into a commercially viable product; currently involved in the development of our next generation dataloggers  Ian is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and accredited Carbon Trust Energy Consultant
	Rob Coulson With 18 years of project and mechanical engineering background Rob joined Air Technology in 2003 and has formed part of a strong team with Nigel looking after the aeration side of the business.    Rob is also NEBOSH qualified and is the company’s Health and Safety Officer.
	Phil Bailey Phil is a former development manager in the ceramics industry with responsibility for energy management on site as well as project engineering.  Since joining Air Technology in early 2006 Phil’s experience has helped on many projects with particular emphasis on boilers and lighting systems.
	Dave Shipman Dave is our calibration technician; he has a background in calibration and analysis as a former British Gas Laboratory Manager. He deals with the majority of our air quality and validation work.
	Kevan Gambrill Kevan has worked closely with us for a number of years, initially a client, he joined Air Technology in 2010. He has a background in wastewater treatment and is a qualified electrician.
	Duncan Allison Duncan has recently joined us bringing with him extensive process knowedge of the paper industry and some expertise in waste water processing. He will be working primarily on the wastewater optimisation side of the business.
